Of course we knew that you were going to select the Fair Grounds; with the Risen Star attracting some KY Derby hopefuls and the Rachel Alexandra counting toward KY Oaks qualifying points, that is by far the best available contest venue.
As the defending champ, you are perfectly entitled to select whether to play a full card or only a selection of races from that card. You have always selected the full card no matter how many races are to be run. Some day I would love to learn why you believe that having a 14 race card adds value to our contest or make the contest more competitive.
