| Venue Dec.9th ? I was thinking the Fair Grounds. If there are any other suggestions please reply. Even though it's all state breds the other stake racing is slim. If so I was thinking races 1 to 12 but you can use race 13 in the ROI. I'll post the venue Thursday after any responses are made.

| I don't envy you the choice, RQ. There simply aren't any really good ones this Saturday. I agree that the Louisiana Champions Day at the Fair Grounds is probably the best available, after all, every horse is a state bred somewhere. Your suggestion of limiting the points contest to races 1-12 makes good sense. By the way, I noticed a runner named Fort Polk in race 9. Seeing that name could bring back dark memories to anyone who was of draftable age in the late 60's. |

| Looks Like the Belmont Stakes will be at Saratoga for the next two years. At a mile and a quarter. Going to be strange.

| Can you imagine how crowded the Spa might be if a Triple Crown is on the line? |

| Belmont could handle 120,000 fans. At Saratoga they would have to restrict attendance.
