Thanks for the kind comments. Coming up with a venue for this Saturday is going to be a challenge. There are only a couple of important stakes races but the Santa Maria at SA only has 5 entrants and the Winning Colors at CD only has 6. Not the sort of feature races that make competitive contests.
Lacking any important stakes races I'm very tempted to use this Saturday before the Memorial Day weekend to simply choose a venue that we would otherwise ignore [don't worry RQ, Kamloops is not running right now]. I'll mull this thought over, await the howls of protest and post a choice by tomorrow afternoon.
