I have used them before at churchill but often get error message when i go to confirm my wager. I've actually found it easier to call it in to TS, personally. As for wagering on track, either do it right as the previous race is being run, or take your chances and hope the lines are empty as they're loading, otherwise you're looking at 15+ min. for every time you go up.
