Saratoga race 10 I just noticed that the 8 hoss has a good mud foot, thus will be off the board here.

i always thought striking another horse with the whip was an automatic dq but i guess its the stewards discretion huh.
every inquiry i have ever seen was a takedown involving a stray whip, it must be the did..... not effect the order of finish. i could answer with in matter when you get in purse distribution. the 7 was pulled up and might have continued on for a % point or two more for a fifth or sixth place finish. Saratoga 10th
