Anyone keeping an eye on the weather forecast for Laurel Friday into Saturday. With all the turf racing could there be an issue?

Some showers and possible thundershowers are in the forecast for Friday and Saturday morning and then cloudy on Saturday afternoon, but it doesn't sound like a sufficient amount for the races to be taken off of the turf, especially for a turf festival.

Ruff, the Ohio Derby does have some nice horses, and will probably be a pretty good race. Thanks for suggesting it. However, I think that a 10 race card at Laurel should be enough for our contests. [I just wish that there was some way for us to play Royal Ascot. I've been watching the NBC Sports presentation, and it is quite a race meeting. Can't get over a starting gate with close to 30 horses - looks like a cavalry charge coming out of the gate.]
