|   Did the Belmont stakes get as high as a 103 because of the results of the Brooklyn? It seemed like the shorter races were run much much much faster than the Belmont and Brooklyn. I realize figures are not going to cover all circumstances perfectly, because there are always going to be races that don't fit or make sense, but the two mile and a half races seemed to be glacial in comparison to the shorter stakes (Met mile,acorn, phipps, easy goer). |
