Quick update as JolyB joins RQ in the 2 spot and Plenilune jumps over Ruffian to take over the 4th rung of the ladder. ryonker1 is the big winner with the SWEEP and moves up one into the 6 hole while Indian Hemp nails minor honors but adds nicely to his totals. Just a bout a month away from the 1st Saturday in May . . . hey, hey, hey Fat Albert!!!

Points and ROI totals through April 15, 2017

OK, so as we get ever closer to the Derby and TC races and those sought after double points, DonGuido seems to be surprising himself with nailing points in both contests pulling a little further away from the field (with a very rare big 1st place hit this week in ROI) and JolyB jumps over Real Quiet to the 2 hole with a very tough win in Pts as RQ tallies added points of the place spot in Pts. Plenilune hangs in for the ROI #2 spot and solidifies her hold on the 4th rung of the ladder while Ruffian nabs minor honors in Pts but hangs tough in the five hole.

A couple more weeks until the big day and the start of real racing again, we hope!!! Thanks for playing and welcome ElPrado back to the family again!!!

OK now, DonGuido continues his winning ways in Pts and ROI, what is up with the DG man? and extends his lead on the pack as Plenilune adds quality points as well with a nice 4th in Pts. Ruffian does herself well with a place spot in this venue with nice added points while Cruzan (comes out of unexpected nowhere) to tally 5 points on his first bid return this year.

Don Guido maintains his lead garnering minor rewards and JolyB chips away at the lead with a nice 1st in Pts. Ruffian hops over Plemilune to secure the 4 spot with a 2nd in Pts and ryonker adds to his totals firmly holding down the 4th rung of the ladder. NJ Stinks grabs top (and only) honors in ROI with a first to add nicely to his totals.

Points and ROI Totals through Derby Day May 6, 2017

So with double points a few made some big draws to add to their points bank accounts. DonGuido seems to get up for the biggest days and nails the win in Pts padding his lead over the rest of the pack. Ruffian as the bridesmaid in the two contests makes a big deposit adding a whopping 32 points to her till and Plenilune scores 4th place points adding nicely to her total. Although the biggest haul of the day was booked by NJ Stinks with a win in ROI and a REPEAT as well for a stash of 42 points on the day while Cruzan hits pay dirt for a 3rd place in Pts.

Off to Belmont for a nice card to see how we are treated in Elmont, NY. Thanks for playing and keep those cards and letters coming!!!

Points and ROI Totals through March 13, 2017

All right now DonGuido appear to be pulling all of his Irish 4 leaf clovers and continues to pickem and add to his rather large lead on the pack with a repeat win. JolyB adds well deserved points for a nice 2nd in ROi and Real Quiet does the same to his total with a super spot in pts. Ruffian gains a little ground adding to her 4th spot in the gate and Plenilune creeps right up never so close in the 5 hole. Seems like the toppers got all the "glory" at the Belmont swamp this week.

Lets hope Pimlico avoids the rain and we have a more typical race day to handicap. Thanks for playing as we are truly about half way (or more) through the handicapping year.

Maybe RQ can give us an update as to where we all stand with the more important aspect of wagering . . . ROI totals and wins, etc so far this year. It's all truly about wagering and not picken!!!

Points and ROI Totals through May 20 Preakness Day 2017

Double points day again and DonGuido takes the brides made spot in Pts but continues with his lead although Real Quiet brought in a big bag of points with a SWEEP narrowing DG's lead taking over the 2nd rung of the ladder. Ruffian continues to shine with scores in both contests maintaining a stronghold on the 4th spot and ryonker1 adds quality points with a nice 4th in Pts.
