Kaine thought he'd just do the same thing, and was completely ill-prepared for a seasoned professional. Plain and simple. It's a shame that in two debates thus far, the Democrats plan is to attack , attack, attack. This is simply because they have an embarrassment of a record to show for their time in Washington, and no vision. And the more this is exposed, the more phony and foolish they look.
You can call it that. I call it what it clearly is pointing out, pointing out, pointing out. Pence did exactly ZERO to defend his candidate, cuz he couldn't. All he could do was lie and deny all the things that both he and Trump have said. You're right we can agree to disagree. I still wish Bernie would have won, for the record.

Many of the things Kaine accused Trump of saying, were either taken out of context or were not exact quotes. I'll give you an analogy involving Hillary Clinton. I could say that Hillary Clinton called Bernie Sanders' supporters "basement dwellers". I'm sure that Kaine would say she never said that. Would Kaine be lying if he said that Hillary never said that? Yes and no. Her quote was not exactly "basement dweller". Her quote was, "Many of Bernie's supporters are children of the Great Recession. They are living in their parents' basement..." So if Kaine said, "Hillary never called Sanders' supporters basement dwellers", would he be telling the truth? Partially. She basically said that. But that was not her exact quote. And when you hear her exact quote, it doesn't sound quite as bad. If you simply say that she called them "basement dwellers", it sounds worse than if you heard her whole quote and if you got the proper context. It is the same with Trump. Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that Trump hasn't said some stupid stuff and some inflammatory stuff. I'm simply saying that things often sound worse when you don't hear the entire, exact quote and you don't know what the context was.
