the Bama job is still a great job, it will take some extra elbow grease to get it shined up again. appearently coaches now a days don't want to do any work.

Bama interm coach and DC Joe Kines told the team last saturday " CRR traded a goldmine for a coalmine". in the near future, Kines is probably right.
A lot of that depends on the pre-season ranking. Had WVU or Louisville run won the conference and had an undefeated record they would have played for the National Championship. Rutgers had too much ground to make up.

As far as the goldmine to the coalmine comment, that is hysterical. The only way Rodriguez gets more of a goldmine than he already has was by staying put.
