That's life in Madiganistan (aka Illinois). Mike and Lisa move with alarming speed when tax revenue is in the wind.
I was planning to do the HPWS, but just signed up for a trip to South Africa to see my Team Valor South Africa filly Madame Dubois run in the G2 Fillies Guineas at Turffontein in Jo-burg that weekend. Includes a safari, wine tours. Rand is cheap right now, which diminishes prize money, but means you can travel there at historically low rates. Good luck! Cheers, Otis
