There are issues with individuals from all communities.
But the continued racism on a huge scale is the issue. And it won't change until the people at fault change or are forced to do so. Whole communities are created and then left to wallow in poverty. Poor education leads to poverty, poverty leads to crime. Our educational system exhibits racism, as does the justice system.

If your really want to see racism look no further than the Indian community. They hate white, black yellow and brown Americans equally. i have had more than one expirence where i have been asked rather than how are the schools in such a such community, how many blacks live there. But hey business is business and if we can save a few buck next quarter why not repalce Americans whom have and will be supporting the economy with transient workers so Mr CEO can gain a few points on his options.
