Nailed it.

There is no faster person in the league (the world) than Hagelin, no one on Tampa is faster than Krieder even. Speed is not the worry, only Bishop can beat this team.

you said he was the fastest skater in "the world", your data shows he's the fastest, MPH standpoint, in the league. 2nd, there have been a lot of really really fast skaters in the NHL who couldn't to d!ck with the puck, i'm not saying he's one of them, but let's just say i don't get too worked up when Carl Hagelin is coming down the wing as i would if say it was Rick Nash, or hell even Brassard.
as far as the Kreider comment, i would venture a small wager that Stamkos is a faster skater then him

Good thing it's a small wager because you'd lose and it wouldn't be close. Stamkos is great, but end-to-end Kreider is easily faster than him. He routinely starts after an outlet pass several strides behind a defender (and not a backpedaling one) and ends up with a breakaway. Never once seen Stamkos do that.

so he passes your eye test and that's what dictates the result?
as far as his out skating defenders, that's what all forwards should be able to do, and who's to say that defender isn't michael rozsvial?

for what its worth, i'd rather take east to west speed with the puck then end to end, and the reasons should be fairly obvious
