im sure this happens more than we know. really, is it that big of a deal?

but i have the utmost respect and give many thanks to whoever puts on a uniform and protect this country.

That's a great article... in that it's a wonderful example of modern agenda driven "journalism," which condemns by inference, using the opinions of "most people" (Really? Like who?) and "real" combat veterans (well, at least one, a retired professor and registered Democrat who likes to write letters to the editor) who doesn't like Ernst using the title that by definition she is entitled to use. Hat's off to HuffyPo and the left's continuing war on women.

Robert A. McDonald, the secretary of the Veterans Affairs Department, pledged Tuesday to “do better” and brushed aside any suggestion that he would resign after he apologized publicly for having falsely claimed to have served in the Special Forces.

“There is no reason to think that the mistake that he made should interfere with his ability to continue to lead the fight for our veterans and to continue to implement the kinds of reforms at the V.A. that are still critical to making sure that our veterans are getting the benefits that they deserve,” said Josh Earnest, the White House press secretary.
