The most they coud do is report suspected criminal activity to the proper authorities, and violating a suspension is NOT criminal activity. The authorities wouldn't waste their time. These suspensions are enforcable by these boards, but they do not have powers that supercede the rights of citizens of this country.
They could indeed request bank records, but you would be under no obligation to give them bank records.
