she could continue to feed them. they worked with her, and she went back to what couldn't continue. it's her fault they shut her down.
hawthornes main responsibility is to the owners, trainers, employees and the horses at that facility. too bad for the cats, but i certainly don't blame them for telling the woman no.
instead of just feeding them, they'd have been better off getting spayed or neutered as well.
