Look, I am open minded about race riding tactics, but I am not going to pretend that the NYRA version of "harness racing at Yonkers" is an acceptable product. Maybe this will all be lost in the weekend's Breeder's Cup action, but staring at six months of sharpening my random dart board handicapping is not an interesting prospect.
