It's quite possible this power outage was related to that rainstorm before the Derby much like what happened with the Montauge Street subway tunnel that connects lower Manhattan and Brooklyn after Sandy flooded it (they did get it re-opened for nine months before having to close the tunnel last August to completely rebuild it, which won't be completed until sometime in October I believe).

Wouldn't shock me if power problems related to the May 1 storm caused this.
LOLOLOLOLOL

Hurricane Sandy, dude?! Really??!!

WHY ARE THE ONLY SERVERS IN THE DRF WORLD GETTING FLOODED WHEN THERE ARE BILLIONS OF OTHER SERVERS AVAILABLE THAT ARE NOT GETTING FLOODED? WHY IS THERE NO REDUNDANCY? IT LITERALLY COSTS PENNIES A DAY FOR THIS NOT TO HAPPEN.

NO EXCUSE, "WALT"
