Thank you Benny for the update. I just re-read Steve's book last week. What a wonderful person and I enjoyed a fantastic few hours reading his book. It is encouraging to hear that he is still around. Late 50's heart attacks usually end with a wake and funeral. My fathers best friend from childhood worked out daily and was considered by all to be in "great shape" had a heart attack and died on a street in Queens.
