i dont play on mon and tuesday save for churchill card..any thoughts this

it it my personal opinion that the one factor that is most undersated in handycapping is the way the track is set up on a daily basis by the grounds crews...ive seen this in person where a track was set up so the 7-8 path was compacted on a sloppy day and the smart jocks new the way to the winners circle... thoughts ...just like in sports the refs controll the game.....
