She had them painted Gold one-time and they looked like fungus.

She was a soccer player and has some of the most hideously crooked toes. Her toes go in about three different directions. You only notice it when he she's standing up. When she's laying down, they look fine.

I made the mistake of telling her this both times. She's never painted her toe nails gold again, and I didn't get any noggin for almost two weeks after telling her how crooked her toes are.
