You don't make law from the Executive Branch. The Republican party alone, without the Democrats, would never let him do what he wants to do. Look at Paul's Congressional Record - he's only had one law passed (I'm pretty sure) in his decades of Congress. The rest have been too crazy to pass. That won't change. He's nothing new. Ron Paul has been the same for decades. He want to eliminate government.

I think Paul and Huntsman will do well in New Hampshire. They don't like Romney, so Huntsman is the "intelligent" Romney, and Paul will get the "live free or die" anti-government bunch.
