Horseman blame NYRA for VLT Delays

My agenda is I don't like corruption. Sure Empire is Magna and Churchills group but the horseman are correct. As they stated

"We have tried to work cooperatively with NYRA for the past four years since its indictment. In fact, had we chosen to attack NYRA for its repeated misuse and misappropriation of horsemen's money and instituted legal proceedings, we could have ended NYRA's tenure much sooner"

NYRA and its corrupt leaders need to go. There is no reason backstretch workers should have to live in such terrible conditions either. If NYRA wasn't so corrupt, maybe they would have some nice dorms like they do at Gulfstream Park.
