I find it interesting that on August 6, they have races at 1.5 miles, 1 5/8 miles (both on turf) and 2 miles on the dirt. One of them is the John's Call at 13 furlongs, for non-winners of a 2010 stakes race, the 12 furlong turf race is an Alw/OC N1X/N2L.
Considering the caliber of a few runners from past John's Call goes, don't you think there is some poaching. One is run for $53k, the other $70k... Am I missing something?
