He was never NEAR Ramon Dominguez status, and I have no idea how you could ever think he was.
What he was doing a few years back was riding day and night at different tracks in the Md/Del/WV area and winning a lotta cheap races. I believe he took a VERY bad spill and missed 6 months a year or two back. he still rides in the same circuit.
