He probably won the card shooting dice and didn't even know it was stolen (o.k. I don't even believe that one) Maybe he merely "found" the card and was on his way to turn it in to the proper authorities(nah). I realize they didn't actually "name" the 15 yr old, but they may as well have. It was wrong to run the story in my opinion. If he was shooting dope it might be more of a story. I don't think it is right to publish the name of a juvenile.
