Why in the Hell!
Why in the hell can I not bet, Santa Anita, Fair Grounds, and now they are saying Gulfstream.
Living close to three States, New Jersey, Delaware and Phillly I can not bet any of these three tracks at their OTB. I sure in the hell don't want to hear anything about their handle being down. Maybe when ATR comes back Steve can get to the bottom of this Bull **** !
