I wondered what happened to him yesterday! He must have had a couple of bucks on Prince Dubai on Saturday!

SARATOGA SPRINGS -- Jockey Norberto Arroyo Jr. was arrested Sunday morning in Saratoga Springs for possession of an illegal substance, his agent confirmed Monday.
