I really like Phils' calls and he is a very nice guy, but the fact that he is in early stages of Alzheimer's ( no joke ) show on races that have more than 5 runners.

I guess his current calls are better than Bobby Neuman's, who says "it's too close to call" when a horse wins by a half a length.
