handful of different ways to approach the Stephen Foster, but I like Bullsbay and Arson Squad as the top selections.
I expected Bullsbay to assert himself as a figure in the division in the Halshope but he still hasn't had his breakout race. This could be that race at a good price. Arson Squad has form that will scare off some of the casual players, but all he really did since improving under Dutrow and nearly winning the Cigar Mile was fail to gain in a speed favoring race with Prado on his back, and then go to Dubai for an even worse speed favoring contest.
