As horseplayer's know 100% accuracy of information is vital to playing this game and while I probably wouldn't have played Me the Sea and G even with Pizarro riding, it may have ultimately changed the dynamics of my handicapping the race. Is the track liable for giving out false information even if it was simply human error?

Liable as in paying damages to horse players who would have won money if the correct information was displayed as it truly happened.....??
