![]() It is very common and I think it because all of the various pools from simulcasting aren't actually comongled until the race starts. If I recall correctly the odds only "change" during the running of a race when a horse changes position then it will update. If the horses stay in the same order throughout the race you wouldn't see a change. I think I remember hearing something to that effect on Steve's show.
