NJ has a MUCH tougher set of hurdles given the dumb choices made there 16-17 years ago.
Original poster corrected himself- ESPN article was, in fact, referencing the vote in Delaware (which I should have realized since there's more than 34 members of the house in NJ.) Don't disagree that they really missed the boat in '92, however.

Good article from the TO Star, but factually incorrect- you can in fact bet UNLV and UNR games in Vegas, this was changed about 8-10 years ago.
