What is the recourse here to get the "law" over turned?
By the by, when does Racing and Wagering Board create "laws" ?
The only thing that could make a difference is if racing fans who reside in NY state write to their state senator, assemblyman, and governors office explaining the absurdity of the this new rule implemented by the NYSRWB.
