yeah, i saw this story a few weeks back and posted about it, chuck said that it probably won't hold up-which is a shame.
i don't suppose there is any kind of contract or such signed by trainers/owners, etc saying that the jockey club or track officials can toss your butt, or suspend you, for cause?
