Question about KEE 7th Race today

Need some help.

Looking into the #9 Shive's Sucess and was reading the clockers comments on the KEE website. Says he got outworked on April 8th by Path to the Crown.

But says outworked One Caroline on Apr 15th.

Can someone look up those two horses and see what type of quality they are? I am at work, so got everything blocked.
