Tampa Bay Downs will observe three dark days in the coming week in preparation for Festival Day, March 15.

I can only imagine what fine preparations they are....

Also note from the press release that there will be a chair giveaway on Saturday.....the biggest day of racing they have. They already will have the biggest crowd of the year without the giveaway.....they have no clue. It's like Saratoga having a giveaway on Traverse Day.
