You could make the argument of Carlos Guillen over Tulowitzki but at worst he's the sixth best SS in baseball at this point and certainly has more room to improve than Guillen.
YOU GUYS ARE OUT OF YOUR MINDS....he had ONE YEAR. If he backs it up this year THEN he is good.
