Kind of interesting.
We take the right to privacy very seriously.
But our own constitution says nothing about it.

Its says plenty about liberty and individual rights,
but nothing on the right to privacy. We have kind of assumed this
and this group definitely has.

It will always be balancing act.
The society/government cannot
function properly with some sort
of information about individuals.

This will continue to be a major point
of clashes in the Supreme Court. (ie the court
will continue to see this contentious
theme in cases for a very long time imo)
