It clearly is being redone for the casino gambler and the people that like to shop at high-end stores which are being put there. A tiki bar looks rather interesting.
The racing there is pretty much terrible though. They must be determined to ruin their grass course because they wrote a ton of grass races for bad horses.
The purses blow. Because the NY crowd winters there, you have to beat very good horses to win very little money. If you are a trainer you are much better off at Oaklawn or Fairgrounds.
