Only been to TBD once, but was a fantastic time -- almost New Year's Day and I'm standing outside in a t-shirt. Around here that time of year, DEL has already closed and they're adding anti-freeze to the dirt at PHA. Plus, there's the flea market down the street from TBD, and I have to admit that I'm a flea market kind of guy.

There are a couple of dog friendly places here. I live less than 3 miles from Treasure Island. Great dog beach about 7 miles from Treasure Island. (I have 2 Border Collies and a Lab mix.)
And....yes...there is a pretty big flea market down the street from TBD.
Hope we have some great weather then, too.
