You mean justice delayed once again....why on earth would the Georgia State Attorney General file an appeal keeping this poor young man in jail???? He was 17yo and had consensual sex with a 15yo girl and got 10 years??? Then they changed the law but didn't make it retroactive.
Who exactly is the State AG representing here? How many teenagers have sex in this country every day? I heard about this over the weekend and couldn't believe it! And they wanted him listed for life as a sexual predator...wonder what was behind this witchhunt?
