Wow. This happens every season, though, so we can never take anything for granted.
The favorite and best performer almost always goes home without winning. I'm thrilled for my girl Jordin though, but without a doubt Melinda was the best all-around vocalist from the beginning to the very end. My DVR came up short -- can anyone tell me what Simon said about it?
