Those are both really cute posts. My poor husband's eyes roll right back in his head whenever I start yammering about racing. Though he's a good sport at the track, and is surprisingly good at noticing a horse that's not moving right in the paddock.
He's gone for ten weeks, doing a play in Ohio, and made all kinds of jokes about coming home to an apartment painted pink. I said, "I'd never do that, but I don't promise I won't commission a mural of famous Thoroughbreds for the living room walls." That's when he got nervous for real.
