Well, I just updated my list again after watching several shows on DVD, obviously I like fantasy/horror/drama genres as my list shows...I say these are the "best" because they create characters that I love, address important moral and philosophical issues and entertain the hell out of me. 6) Charmed (8 seasons, CW)
7) Dark Angel (2 seasons, Fox)
8) La Femme Nikita (5 seasons, USA)
9) Veronica Mars (3 seasons...current, CW)
10) The Highlander (6 seasons, syndication)

not a big fan of any of these on the list lol, maybe it's just me. I like The Fresh Prince of Bellaire and Saved By the Bell, easily the best!!
