he said the same thing about Dutrow and St Liam. Only problem with thsi theory is that all BC horses are locked into 48 hour pre race surveillance and extensive pre race and post race testing procedures. But I guess Paul knows a top secret way around all of that stuff. Funny how only horses he doesnt like who win are the ones who are doped, imagine the cooincidenceof that? LOL!!
