I have not seen the annoucment yet on the type of surface that they will use. I will be okay with Poly or Cushion. Not sure about the tapeta stuff.
The climate during the Arlington meet will not pose any problem for whatever surface they choose.

The winter environment at Turfway is very harsh, on any surface.
I am not surprised that they are struggling with the track in these conditions and I don't care if it indeed was sold as no problem, a piece of cake.
They still made the right decision in my opinion, they have to just keep working on it.
