If they took the races off and it never rained people would've complained, right?
If they take it off the turf before the pick 5 starts, all of the bettors who put bets in early and are at work or whatever are now screwed. Taking it off when they did actually protects the bettors. I thought everyone had an issue last time (rightfully so) because they did not follow the rules. They are following the rules.
