Carolina BBQ
On my second trip to Saratoga from South Carolina over 15 years ago I see this food stand "Carolina BBQ" and only because of my curiosity that such a place would exist I walked over and met this guy Steve Byk. From that I:
Started on here, Derby Trail Went in on the first two Derby Trail horses, Sumwonlovesyou & Kick'n & Screaming Started listening to the best horse racing show which has open the doors to understanding this game and hearing from every angle Multiply that by all the people you've impacted, and big props for adding to the sport as well as people's lives.
