I think Fonner agreed to those terms because it was take it or leave it. Not sure, before now, they got any ADW action. Nebraska doesn't allow ADW betting, and many in the US never knew Fonner existed before this lockdown.
I think they got a slightly better ADW deal for the meet extension. Not sure what is going on in these meat plants. Seems like an inordinate amount of cases.
